After an awesome ride through More Plains, we hit Mahi Bridge. This was the detour since the direct route to Upshi had been washed away. We rode along the Indus and finally reached Leh late night.

One of the major passes enroute was the Baralachala (16040 ft) over the Zanskar range and connects Lahaul (HP) to Ladakh.
The Lachungla (16616ft) is another major pass on this route.
